HOW TO OBTAIN THIS BULLETIN.

There are two ways of obtaining this Bulletin:

1.- Through exchange of information (preferred option).- You send a list of the vexillological material which you can send copy or photocopy of. You will receive the answer with the chosen material. Once the first shipment will be received you will begin to receive in your home the Bulletin in the chosen version, without cost. It can be also exchanged with other vexillological bulletins.

2.- Through subscription.- If you do not have material to exchange you can subscribe. You will have to send the amounts and data indicated below and once in our power you will begin to receive the Bulletins quarterly.

In the first shipment you will receive all the previous issues appeared since the beginning of the year.

The Bulletin can be obtained in paper printed in black and white or in diskettes for computer.
