Well-situated private south facing villa with sea views in a residential area. Accommodates a maximum of 8 people in 4 bedrooms however if your party is smaller we can also accommodate you. The villa has two bathrooms, lounge and separate kitchen and a very sunny "naya". All bedrooms have French doors, of which three lead onto patio area surrounding the private pool. The villa is detached and stands in its own secluded garden. Private drive with ample parking area with remote controled automatic gate and a separte personal gate as well.

Naya
Enclosed glass room which has tables and chairs which leads on the pool area and which enjoys nice views.

Lounge
Comfortable large lounge three-piece suite coffee table, T. V., Video, Radio and CD-Player. The villa is equipped with a book and video library. The lounge leads out on to the enclosed conservatory "naya" which over looks the pool area. There is a air conditioner installed in the Lounge and the hallway to cool the bedrooms.
