Is a well-situated private south facing villa with views of the Calpe’s rock and the sea. The villa is in a quiet residential area. The villa is detached and stands in its own secluded garden. Private drive with ample covered parking area. The Nearest local supermarket is only 500 metres walk and just a few more mins there is a Large Lidl. Calpe’s town centre and amenities only a few mins away in the car as are the lovely safe sandy beaches.
The pool is 8 x 4 metres and has lovely sunny large terraced space surrounding the pool area. There is an outside shower . There is a fully tiled outside bathroom. The lovely enclosed barbeque and outside kitchen overlook pool and are ideal for eating meals out side with a frige and radio.

The large sunny enclosed room overlooks the pool and Calpe’s rock is equipped with a dining room table and chairs. This leads on to the large comfortable lounge.

There is a wood burning stove ideal for the winter months.

If your party is smaller we can also accommodate you. The villa has air-conditioning in the master bedroom and central heating in the entire villa for the winter months.
