Enquiry Form and Booking Conditions

During the high season bookings should be from Saturday to Saturday. For long out of season lets please consult us about special prices. On booking your holiday we require 1/3 Deposit of the total. Six weeks before your holiday begins we require the balance to be paid in full. A security deposit is required which is to go towards any major damage done to the properties or contents. The deposit is 100% refundable once we check the property. The rental period normally commences a 4pm on arrival and finishes 10 am on departure day. You may be able to stay longer or arrive earlier, please consult us should you wish to.
